"Cheesemaking is a special form of alchemy where science meets magic."
~ Kris Lloyd AM
Established in 1994, Woodside Cheese is a family owned artisan cheese factory based in the Adelaide Hills that produces an original range of Australian cheeses using the highest quality South Australian Cow & Goat Milk from small neighbouring herds.
Our sister company, Kris Lloyd Artisan, operates from the same factory and was established in 2014 to produce a line of premium handmade Buffalo Milk cheeses. Over the years, the Kris Lloyd Artisan range has grown to include Cow and Goat Milk cheeses with a point of difference.
All our cheeses are made by hand to recipes that we have developed and refined over two decades.
Visit our cellar door to experience our superior range of award winning cheeses that are a true reflection of the unique terroir of our beautiful region the Adelaide Hills, South Australia.
We can't wait to share some magic with you.

Some excellent cheese on offer.
And if you love a smelly creamy cheese, you can't go past Harlequin.
Triple cream goodness which will leave you like...🤤🤤🤤
Some of the best cheese I've had in SA. Definitely try the creamy buffalo cheese if you can
Cannot fault their cheeses. Goat and buffalo bries are a must try along with the tomato buff. Tried the Buffalo Figaro cheese and was pleasantly surprised - lovely tang and flavour given from the vine leaves. If you're at melbas you've got to go next door to these guys!
