Purchasing & Delivery

Purchasing from the Woodside Cheese Wrights online store is convenient and easy. Choose individual cheeses to make up your ideal cheese bag to be delivered to your door, or opt for one of our pre-made hampers.

We also offer bonuses, seasonal sales and cheese deals – regularly check our social media pages, or sign up to our mailing list for announcements.

Our online store allows you to purchase using PayPal, Credit Card or Shop.

PICK UPS

If you have specified ‘PICK UP’ for any online order, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready. You will only be able to pick up your cheese during opening hours. We will keep your cheese temperature controlled until it has been picked up.

Pick-up Times
Monday – Sunday: 12pm – 4pm
We are generally closed on public holidays but check our Facebook page to be sure. 

DELIVERY

Woodside Cheese Wrights uses refrigerated local transport for all deliveries in Adelaide Metro and Defined Postcodes. We use the Express Post service of Australia Post for all regional deliveries for selected postcodes (SEE BELOW).

We currently only deliver to addresses within Australia. We do not deliver to Australia Post parcel lockers (PO boxes) due to the increased likelihood of exposure to higher temperatures. 

We dispatch Monday – Wednesday for Adelaide Deliveries. This is to avoid time in transit and exposure to high temperatures. For this same reason we reserve the right to hold your order in our temperature controlled facility if we have concerns about the weather causing damage to your order. We will notify you if we hold your order for these reasons.

Please check your postcode against the Australia Post guidelines for expected delivery times, click here.

 

Please make sure that your delivery address and postcode are correct. We cannot be held responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect address. Please ensure that someone will be available to receive your order at the delivery location, and will be required to sign for receipt of goods.. If you are sending your order as a gift, please ensure you advise the recipient to look out for their cheesy parcel arrive.

How much is shipping?

All local refrigerated delivery (Adelaide Metro only) cost a flat fee of $17

Can I track my order?

All Australia Post Express Post orders will have all the tracking info needed to ensure a successful delivery. We are constantly upgrading our capabilities to ensure you are happy and have any concerns about where your order is. For items being delivered in a refrigerated vehicle, we do not offer tracking.
